The Science Behind Cleaning Pads<\/h2>

How System 4000\u00ae Pad Washer works is remarkably simple: it is a spring-loaded ribbed wash plate inside of a bucket, which, when pressed down upon by your polisher, uses a pump system to spray water and pad washing solution onto your pad, helping to clean it while it rotates.<\/p>

The best bit: traditional pad washers recirculate dirty water thus ‘cleaning’ your pad with contaminated liquid, which is far from ideal.\u00a0 But, unlike those traditional designs, we’ve engineered System 4000\u00ae Pad Washer with a hidden secret compartment…<\/p>

Keep Them Separated<\/h2>

The System 4000\u00ae Pad Washer uses a pump system to clean pads with fresh, unused water or cleaning solution to provide the best pad cleaning experience.\u00a0 Our unique yet simple design separates dirty water from the fresh cleaning solution by pumping from a lower bucket where the new solution resides, while increasing water pressure and reducing clogging.\u00a0 The dirty water instead ends up in the catch basin, containing a seal at the bottom engineered to prevent dirt and grime from leaching back into the clean solution below.<\/p>

Think of this system as a “bucket within a bucket,” where the catch basin sitting above the lower bucket allows a user to stop, dump out the dirty water, and continue.\u00a0 This ensures pads will not be cross-contaminated with dirty water and old abrasive particles, providing a truly clean pad ready for continued use.<\/p>
